Each of the  homes in our portfolio will have a custom CCT House Manual which will detail the operation of the home, as well as the town history, local points of interest and community events.

Our Team

Dawn Teixeira has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s in Business Management. Dawn has worked as a Project Manager  and has consulted for several businesses in a business development capacity.  Dawn has experience as a freelance photographer and has managed small to mid-size commercial interior design projects in Washington DC.  Dawn's approach is from a marketing and business development capacity, applying her knowledge to making your rental business succeed and grow.

Jeneen Teixeira has 10 years’ experience managing a boutique motel in Craigville beach. She has managed a staff of 10 which includes maintenance and housekeeping personnel. She is trained in the hospitality industry and customer service is her greatest strength.

Genevieve Teixeira has 25 years working for Massachusetts state government agencies with extensive experience in customer service and administrative support services.

Regina Redd has 25 years as an Interior Designer and residential Stager.  Regina is skilled in interior design, upholstery, and is an amazing seamstress.  She is the owner of Regina's Workroom located on Main St. Hyannis, MA. She has been in business since 1992 and has a large portfolio of clientele in the Cape Cod and Boston regions. Regina's specialties include custom, Window Treatments, Bedding, Cushions, Pillows, Lampshades, and Slipcovers. She has the skills and expertise to enhance your property's sale value or rental potential.
